Week 6  Lecture : Topic - Poster Design This week lecture, the lecturer introduced us to the 7 principles of poster design. By learning the design principles, it helps to create an effective and attractive composition.  1. Emphasis - focus on the most important part to grab attention such as "Title" and "Main Image" 2. Balance and Alignment - arrange elements evenly to create visual stability and order 3. Contrast - use differences in colour, size, fonts to make elements stand out and improve readability 4. Repetition - repeat design elements like shapes or fonts to create a cohesive look 5. Proposition - maintain a harmonious size relationship between elements to avoid clutter 6. Movement - lead the viewer's eye through the poster in a logical flow, guiding them to key information 7. Week 4 Lecture : Topic - Introduction to Photoshop 3 In this week lecture, we explore in depth about Photoshop's adjustment layer and filter to improve and modify the pictures. Using the same Photoshop file, improvise your WEEK 3 digital collage into WEEK 4 by using Adjustment Layers & Filters on Photoshop. 3. Explain what you’ve learned in the description section. Week 3 Lecture : Topic - Introduction to Photoshop 2 We gained further information regarding Photoshop's Lasso Tools, Pen Tools and Layering features to have precise control over selecting, shaping, and organising objects in the designs. During the class, we played a game called Bezier Pen, which is designed to help you become proficient with Photoshop's pen tool. Since I was learning this technique for the first time, I find it to be really enjoyable. Week 2 Lecture : Topic - Introduction to Composition During the lecture, I learnt the fundamentals of composition on how to mix many images to create a more fashionable image. Week 1 Lecture : Topic - Introduction to Digital Photography & Imaging Our lecturer (Mohd Fauzi Bin Mohd Yusoff) briefed us about the introduction to digital photography & imaging. He showed us how to use Photoshop to enhance the image's aesthetic appeal. Since I enjoy editing photos, but normally just on my smartphone, and now I have the chance to learn more advanced photo editing skills, it seemed interesting to me.
