ARTIST STATEMENT:

I created a nostalgic and dreamy collage that embodies my personal reflections and aspirations. The concept draws heavily from vintage aesthetics and surrealism to craft a message of freedom, passion, and the importance of pursuing dreams.

Elements in my artwork:

1. Headphones and Music Notes

These symbolise my deep connection to music, representing how it fuels my creativity and provides me

comfort in the middle of life's chaos.

2. Vinyl Records and Cassette Tapes

These vintage items evoke a sense of timelessness, reminding me to cherish the past while staying

    inspired for the future.

3. Butterflies (size from small to big)

A symbol of transformation and growth, they reflect my journey towards becoming the person I aspire

    to be.

4. Daisies and Nature Elements

These signify purity and the simple joys of life, urging me to stay grounded and grateful.

5. "Go! Live Your Dream" phrase

A motivational call to action to keep chasing my ambitions without hesitation or fear.

6. Van Gogh's Starry Night

This nod to art and creativity reminds me to dream big and embrace imagination in all aspects of life.

7. Handwritten Letter and Gramophone

These vintage touches add a personal and emotional layer, connecting to stories, memories, and

traditions that shape who I am.

This artwork is a reflection of my longing for freedom, personal growth, and the courage to live authentically. It is a reminder to savour the present moment, embrace creativity, and stay true to my dreams. Through this artwork, I wish to inspire others to find beauty in the ordinary and boldly pursue the extraordinary.
